The collectors are really easy to set up and use both for me and for the customers using it to leave me reviews. I had set aside a few hours to learn the system and get everythign set up, but I was ready to collect reviews in about 30 minutes. For the few questions I did have, the support team was in touch right away with solutions and followup to my questions.
