The best reporting application out there

|VividCharts for ServiceNow
The ease of use factor with this product is amazing. There is a simple to use GUI for setting up different types of reports. Let me assure you, these reports look BEAUTIFUL! Its so easy to use and the information is displayed in such a way that you can present a lot of data and digest that information easily.

Beautiful and useful visualizations of data

|VividCharts for ServiceNow
Let's be honest. Reporting in ServiceNow can be a bit of pain, and the charts provided out-of-the-box look very "Microsoft Office"-y. They also are not able to be included in the Service Portal. The reason I recommend VividCharts to a lot of customers is the ease-of-use to create charts, and the beautiful results. They have many different charting types available and can customize the color schemes to something that makes sense to your business. The Slate interface makes it easy to create dashboards and printable PDFs for the people who need the data.
