How easy it is to use, build reports, run reports, updated reports, and the list goes on!

Vivid Reports CPM is one of the easiest tools to use and implement with an ERP system. We use Vivid as our primary reporter and financial analysis tools. The budgeting tools bring simplicity to a complext process. You can use Vivid to create and report budget informaiton, but also import the budget information into the ERP. Drill down features are intuitive. Vivid Reports is robust enought to handle mulitple companies, on multiple databases, with multiple year ends, but simple enough to where anyone can make the report work exactly as what is desired. Customer service is fantastic! They will show you the tools to "Vividize" current reports and are able to walk you through any situation. IT support works to fix the root cause of issues so you don't feel you are calling about the same things.

Vivid is the right software for our company as it can be tailored to meet our company's needs. We use Vivid Software for monthly financial reporting for multiple companies. I am eespecially fond of the "drill" functions (down, across, etc) are great. I can drill into individual lines right from Vivid without needing to access our ERP. Exporting then to excel is a valuable tool for identifying trends and comparing YOY. It took some time to implement and receive appropriate training. Once that was all complete, I am confident in my abilities to use, modify, and maintain the software. Customer support is exceptional. We have reference binders and traning videos to use as additional on-site support. I also find a great deal of value in the quarterly newsletters. So many helpful tips!
