Using Viventium is super easy and intuitive, helping our company process payroll, onboard new hires, and track important HR data. The implementation process was amazing, getting us up and running in only 2 weeks. Their team uploaded all of our employee and company data, taught us how to run the software, then was there to support our use anytime we needed assistance. Just today I had a question about a payroll issue and was walked through how to correct it over the phone by a very knowledgeable customer service rep. Viventium allows our employees to update their personal and tax data, view accrued and request use of sick time, see all pay stubs and W2s in a very handy app. One of the features that really sold our business on Viventium is the quality of data that is put onto the paystubs. Previous payroll vendors' software generated pay stubs that our employees constantly had questions about; Viventium's stubs show not just hours and rates, but lists each shift idividually, with date, HIPAA compliant client name, time in and out of shift, length of shift, rate paid and total paid for that shift. It has significantly cut down on the questions employees have about their pay, which certainly lends to an overall higher employee satisfaction.

Viventium biggest asses is the people, Customer service is excellent. They have number of features that easy to understand and navigate.

The payroll is easy to complete and always have a representative available when there is a hiccup.
