I find Intrepid by VitalSource to be a strong platform for cohort-based, applied learning. It excels at creating structured, multi-week learning journeys that seamlessly blend content, discussions, assignments, and facilitator engagement. I really appreciate the clean and intuitive learner experience, which supports accountability and social learning much better than traditional LMS. It's great for leadership to learn and grow together from their peers and a leadership coach.
