I appreciate how it neatly organizes all leases into one always-current system, automating ASC 842 and IFRS 16 calculations and disclosures. The dashboards are really useful for pulling up the whole portfolio to see costs and upcoming dates at a glance. The audit-ready records mean I’m not scrambling to justify numbers to finance. Plus, how it flags critical lease dates ahead of time helps me act with leverage on renewals or renegotiations.

It’s an extremely practical tool, efficient and reliable, especially when it comes to more detailed aspects, such as clauses. The fact that everything is of easy access and available on the same platform makes the work day-to-day life much easier. It is very intuitive and getting it set up was smooth. Out of all platforms I have used, it definitely is the one which is more worth the investment.
