A large stack of microservice needs detailed and granular visibility and tracing

OpsCruse gave us the capability to have a birds-eye view of the microservice stack helping us not only to monitor but to be able to trace the issue very quickly. My discussions started at a very early stage of deploying our Kubernetes Cluster with OpsCruise. They played a critical role not just in deploying the tool but in understanding my requirements, expectations and helped customize some of the modules. It was an excellent and good learning experience working with the team

Great 'smart layer' on top of open source monitoring tools

We had a bunch of open source and cloud monitoring tools that we love - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, AWS CloudWatch but we spent a lot of time jumping between those tools to solve performance problems and troubleshoot app/infra issues. OpsCruise unifies those tools in a smart layer that shows all the metrics, logs, flow and trace info in context + with AI/ML is automates the identification of the source of the issues.

It was good when it was completely open source

I am unaware of what I like best about it because everything I used to like about it seems like it has been washed out the drain hose when this software was made commercial.
