I like the ease of use and the great, slick UI of OneDirectory, making it very easy to understand. It doesn't matter whether I'm on a phone or a computer, the simplicity of it means it's easy to deal with, regardless of the interface I'm using. It also reduces the amount of training required because the interface’s slickness makes it easy for people to pick up the tool and just use it.
