It’s very easy to build a portal using Airtable and CollabPortals. The performance is fast, and the design is responsive. The learning curve is short, so I was able to get up and running quickly. Their support team is responsive as well. It’s also quite affordable compared to other alternatives.

I think the role-based permission system is very good. I like that you can display different screens for different roles such as applicants for approval, members, or administrators using the same reservation table, point history table, or membership fee table. I believe that even if the number of members increases, the workload will not increase significantly. Also, the support is good, especially Matt's responses are commendable. So far, CollabPortals is good, and I can strongly recommend it to friends and colleagues, with a rating of 10.

The suggestions for improvements are really helpful; the site offers possible solutions with pros and cons, ensuring that even if a client is stuck, they have options. The ease of use in building dashboards is another thing I enjoy, as it makes managing user dashboards effortless. I also appreciate the very clean UX, which solves the problem of heavy data processing, uploading, and managing documents effectively. New features keep being added, which is a plus. I found the initial setup to be very easy.
