I've just started using Veryfi. It's easy to use and the integration process is incredibly simple. It supports a wide range of documents, and I can even add and edit my own custom documents.

Verify simply works. And works well. First off, we use it for small business and personal receipt scanning and expense tracking. It scans receipts quickly and accurately. It let's you easily customize categories and classify expenses. It also handle EFT's, Checks, debit and credit cards. One of the most important features is time-to-scan. That is, the amount of time from when I'm handed a receipt in a store to when I'm done scanning and categorizing it and put my phone in my pocket. This is one of the most important aspects of any receipt scanning app (yet most fail badly here). For Verify, time-to-scan is usually under 30 seconds. (Other apps take minutes sometimes). Probably the best part is that Veryfi has a very capable web-based interface. The app is great for scanning receipts and categorizing a transaction. But for a business owner, spending time poking around on a phone app to manage hundreds of transactions (as other aps require) is ridiculous. This is whre Veryfi really shines. You can bulk categorize items, match them with bank transactions (it connects to your bank) and export CSV's from the web platform. You can also set up rules to automaticially classify transactions based on data read from the receipt. Veryfy is a powerful app for someone serious about tracking business or personal expenses in an efficient way. It's not a cute toy app with silly icons (thankfully). It's a serious productivity tool with lots of capability. If you've been through other apps (I went through 4 of them before ending up with Veryfi), then you'll appreciate this apps capabilities. It is FAR beyond any other receipt scanner or expense management app. If you have real expenses to manage (for personal or business) Verify is the way to go. Plus, they have great customer support if you have questions.
