First of all, the level of service after the sale is refreshing. Mike M is awesome! Moving on from there, I love that I don't have to worry about being the one to reach out to all the leads the minute they come through. I work pretty much on my own and it's a huge relief to know that there's almost immediate communication to catch these people while they're still engaged in what they're doing on their computer or phone. The response rate has been quite gratifying and easy to manage. I love having an "Assistant". Alex is on it!
