Having used several other fraud prevention tools I find Verisoul to a higher degree accuracy and fewer false positives on detection metrics than others. The AI investigation tool provides great explanations and the anonymous KYC tool is critical for our business and is simply a product that other fraud protection providers do not offer. The integration was easy, and the support I receive from the Verisoul team is quite impressive, literally someone responds within minutes to any question I have and this has included late evenings.

Our experience has been top notch, from onboarding to their continuous support, it simply complements Verisoul's state-of-the-art fraud prevention, especially in our industry which seems to be one of the hardest hit. We're only piloting at the moment, but its preventable detection has picked up over 90% of fraud we haven't been able to.
