Great Background Check Software

Based on our small HR Team, we worked with Verified First to have them, based on our rules, do an adjudication process. The VF team, reviews employment background results and give us an OK to hire based on our legal perimeters.. Cuts down on a ton of time and was very cost effective to do.

saves time on back end processes

The feature to send the info to the applicant to complete saves our high volume recruiting a lot of time on these processes. Additionally, it is very helpful to have the background process included in the same process as our drug screening process. Going to one place makes the applicant experience much better
