The fact that it is built on the Salesforce platform, gives us all the benefits of using Salesforce which is super highly customizable, we can built our own custom workflows and automations but we still have all of the integrations and verifications we need to support our Credentialing & Licensing processes. The team at Verifiable has been very responsive to our requests for improvements, have supported us when we have had any questions or needed help resolving any issues.

We’ve been using Verifiable for credentialing purposes at Octave for several months now, and the results have been impressive. This software has significantly streamlined our entire credentialing process, saving us valuable time and reducing the manual effort previously required. One of the standout features of Verifiable is its use of web crawlers to automatically validate information. This has drastically reduced the time spent manually verifying the credentials of incoming providers.
