The ease of use is the most amazing feature I found in Vensim. It is easy to learn and it is the best tool to practice system dynamics. It is relatively fast and has various features that cover all we need in system dynamics. The tool also has the easiest way of presenting the results. One can show the results by only clicking on the graph or table and they can be easily exported. The SyntheSim mode, let modelers check how change in one parameter will affect different variables immediately. Even plotting the causal loops in Vensim, makes a model that is very easy to communicate for presentations and posters.

Flexibility to draw. It also has a feature of simulating two systems altogether and compare the results. Very apt for System analysis and actor mapping.

The stock and flow diagram is easy to create and understand. I learnt it without much help and just using online resources.
