Exceptional Expertise and Lightning-Fast Implementation

Product knowledge, speed, and responsiveness have been my three favorite things about working with VBCG. They were well-versed in the inner workings of the software and how to best set things up. This allowed them to build out and refine features at an incredibly rapid pace - instead of having to do a lot of researching or testing, they already knew how to implement a majority of our asks immediately - often making those changes on-the-fly during our meetings. And, not only did we have very productive regular check-ins during our engagement as well as clear and consistent status updates, the team was always available ad-hoc via email, IM, and virtual meetings for anything we needed. It's been a true pleasure working with them - and they've been nothing but gracious and patient as our organization sadly threw a number of curveballs and direction changes their way midstream!
