Vantact Cloud PBX is a hosted business phone system from Vantact Communications, a Canadian owned cloud communications company in Toronto, serving organizations across Canada since 2016. It replaces on-premise PBX hardware and Bell, Rogers or Telus business lines with a cloud platform that includes 45+ features on every extension at no extra charge: auto attendant, IVR, call queues, ring groups, voicemail to email, call recording, conference rooms, business hours routing, and iOS, Android and desktop apps. Business SMS, electronic fax and SIP trunking run on the same numbers. Optional AI add-ons provide call transcription and sentiment analytics, voicemail transcription, and an AI voice assistant that answers and routes calls 24/7. Voice, data and recordings are hosted in Canadian data centres; the platform is designed to support PIPEDA and PHIPA requirements and follows SOC 2 aligned security practices.
