Visit Portal is a visitor management system for small and mid-sized organisations. Visitors check themselves in on an iPad or Android tablet at reception, or scan a personal QR code they received by e-mail after pre-registration. The host is notified immediately via Microsoft Teams, SMS or e-mail, and the live dashboard shows who is on site, also on your phone. Each visit type gets its own registration form, agreement or NDA with digital signature, safety video and notification rules. Contractors receive a long-term QR code that works every day within its validity period. An Outlook add-in lets employees invite external attendees straight from a calendar appointment, and the Microsoft 365 connection keeps the host list in sync. Visit Portal is built and supported in Belgium, available in Dutch, French, German, English and Spanish, hosted in an EU data centre with a data processing agreement, and priced transparently with unlimited users and locations.
