Steam VR Makes Playing Virtual Reality Games a Breeze

I've been using Steam for over ten years, and it's always been a well-organized one-stop shop for all my PC games. Naturally, when I got big into VR gaming a few years back it only made sense to give Steam VR a try. It works perfectly fine with my Oculus Rift, despite the device being made by a different company. I just open steam, launch a game, put on my VR headset and start playing. It really is as simple as that and the reason why I'll always use Steam for PC VR gaming. Steam also does an excellent job of allowing me to filter VR only games in the store.

Steam-Driven Virtual Reality

I appreciate that Steam is a one-stop shop for a wide variety of games, with one of their categories being virtual reality games and experiences. They host games and experiences for the leading VR platforms like the HTC Vive and Oculus while also offering their own via the Valve brand. There are always sales and promotions for the games/ experiences and it is a straightforward process to search through their offerings and/or join a community!
