Flexible, Automation-Packed Solution with Room for UI Improvement

I like the flexibility of Valuecase; it's really nice that we can set up the checklists as we want. There are a lot of automations and workflows, and now they've also implemented AI. This makes it really, really flexible for adapting to any company implementation or sales process. It helps me tailor the onboarding checklist according to what the particular client contracted or the type of integration they have. It gives me the flexibility I need but also the efficiency to create those checklists since it relies on automations and AI to help build it.
