This is my first experience with a formalized coaching session and I was thrilled to get started. So far I have completed two coaching sessions and have come out of those sessions feeling like I have actionable items that will improve my processes and time management. Very excited for the sessions to come!

New updates and training programs, outsider perspectives helps a lot.

1:1 sessions with a coach who gets to know you and helps you define your goals (huge s/o to Niki for being positive, honest, and overall great). It's helpful to have someone to bounce ideas off of and explore tactics to make you a more effective and better coworker, leader, friend. This was the first time I've worked somewhere with a sponsored coaching program, and it has made me feel valued and seen. As a business it's easy to spend time on business problems - but working on delivery, presentation skills, confidence, some of those softer skills is really impactful across the org, Valor can help with that.
