Valimail Made DMARC Enforcement Simple, Visible, and Reliable

The biggest value has been moving from DMARC monitoring to enforcement without the manual guesswork that usually comes with it. Valimail's dashboard gives clear visibility into which senders are authenticating and which aren't, which made it much easier to build a rollout plan across our domains rather than guessing at policy changes and risking legitimate mail getting blocked. Onboarding and support have been responsive and straightforward. Our onboarding contact walked us through a phased enforcement plan across multiple subdomains. Integration with our existing email infrastructure was smooth and performance has been reliable, we haven't run into false positives that disrupted legitimate business email. From an ROI perspective, the time saved not having to manually parse DMARC aggregate reports has been the clearest win, what used to be a manual, spreadsheet-heavy exercise is now something we can act on directly from the platform.

Successfully transitioned to DMARC reject with confidence using Valimail.

Thanks to Valimail, we were able to confidently transition DMARC to reject. Our company uses Microsoft 365, and the most challenging part of managing DMARC was determining whether it was truly safe to change to reject. Setting up SPF and DKIM itself is not difficult. However, in reality, you cannot safely transition to a reject policy without accurately understanding which services are sending emails and which senders are failing authentication. By using Valimail, we were able to efficiently: - Visualize DMARC reports - Analyze the causes of authentication failures - Identify legitimate senders What I found particularly excellent was not just being able to "check the configuration status," but obtaining "the information needed to decide to change to reject." In fact, our company was able to organize senders and verify authentication status with Valimail, allowing us to confidently transition our DMARC policy to reject. In Japan, although DMARC adoption is progressing, there are still many organizations operating in a p=none state. For such companies, I feel that Valimail is not just a reporting tool, but an operational support platform that elevates DMARC to an effective security measure.
