I really like VAIZ for its customizable task-board layout and straightforward file-attachment functionality. Being able to set up separate boards for each contractor’s construction project and tagging lumber-delivery milestones and supplier contracts directly onto relevant tasks is super handy. Our warehouse and field sales teams can quickly access critical job details without having to dig through long email chains, which is a huge time saver. Plus, the user interface stays clean and organized, even when we're handling multiple active projects.

We’re a distributed team of ten across development, design, and QA. Vaiz is simple and flexible enough for everyone to track work their own way. Our developers connected their agents through MCP, so they can access project context and update tasks without leaving the tools they already use. They’re happy with the setup, and I still get a clear view of the whole project. Integrations with Slack, Google Workspace, and GitHub helped Vaiz become the shared workspace for building our AI product.
