The platform itself is easy to navigate and unambiguous, the way the roles are displayed reads like a regular job board which is great for familiarity and once work is secured, the timesheet functionality is also very straightforward - 10/10. What I have found also is that the service provided by the people at Upper is truly excellent. From initial calls through to talent success management, it is faultless. I know if I have a question or issue (I've not had an issue), I can go on the Upper slack and message my contact or the community at any time, safe in the knowledge I will get a quick reply with an appropriate answer.
