Neither easy nor hard to create and use

|uPerform
Standalone license if chosen by the organization which let's you publish your work across all internal sites, uperform is best. It has a lot of output formats as well. You can create SOPs, videos, audio videos etc.

A wonderful tool that fires people up for training!

|uPerform
I love that uPerform allows me to address all of the ways that people learn- it covers the entire VARK method! It is visual in that it allows for screenshots. It covers auditory learners in that you can have the lessons read to the end user. It covers Readers in that it outputs a traditional Work instruction and it covers Kinesthetic learners in the output of the Interactive "Try It," feature.
