It is one of the cheapest cloud and their support is very active and co-operative. I used for long time and there no downtime faced, So, keep it up UpCloud and recommended.

For us, the most important factor was that UpCloud is a Finnish-based company, with datacenters/PoPs available around the world. So far, their customer support has been superb. They’re genuinely helpful and will assist you in solving issues, whether it’s day or night. Pricing for the services is very affordable and has helped us grow faster against competitors who rely solely on huge hyperscalers like Azure or AWS. Performance—both the network and the infrastructure itself—has been stable, and we haven’t faced anything unusual so far. That said, the UI/UX could use some improvements. For example, it would be great to have an option to see system resource usage directly on the dashboard. The same goes for user password resets: even though it’s quite well documented, I still find it hard to understand why this can’t be done with a simple push-button option directly on the dashboard. So far, we haven’t needed the integrations or AI tooling, since we run on very basic infrastructure.

Is easy to use, clear payments, the referreal program is very nice. In comparission to other services this is not very expensive. i dont haven't problems in performance of the server locations
