Unmind is a great tool for self care!
I like that Unmind had so many resources for all focuses of life! Not just meditation. I can also focus on healthy eating habits and personal relationships as well. I have realized through using Unmind that so many of these areas in life truly are entangled and each area of focus needs to be addressed to be a well adjusted healthy person.

Unmind is a wonderful app with content designed to remind us that mental health is something positive and worth keeping a check on daily. I personally like the check-ins, tools and sleep tales. It's easy to navigate the app, the content is varied and thoughtful.
