The one aspect I like most about UniTel is that allows you to set up multiple extensions, so I can route prospective clients, current clients, and all other matters through my phone system. The other aspect I like is that I can upload a unique message for business hour calls and non-business hour calls. I hired a voice-over artist on Fiverr to record the message. I uploaded my voice message and that's it - calls are routed to me and my clients have an easy way to reach out.
