Underdog was a fantastic resource to help in sourcing a strong pipeline for candidates for a variety of roles in the US across product, engineering, and similar roles. It's incredibly easy and intuitive to use and integrated directly with the ATS system we use. The candidates that I engaged with from Underdog were consistenly strong and even if they didn't receive an offer, were always relevant and timely candidates that were worth engaging with.

Underdog really expands my options and shows me great candidates who are actively searching. Other sites are great, but not everyone you spend time reaching out to is looking for a new job. I know when I reach out to someone from Underdog, they are active talent that will be engaged in our process. Underdog has also expanded my employer branding with many applicants finding us through Underdog.
