I really like Bluedot's ability to take notes and provide a full transcript of meetings, which helps me focus and engage without worrying about typing or writing notes. The audio recording feature and the option to capture videos enhance the experience significantly. Additionally, I find the AI that helps find transcripts to be a valuable tool.

I like that we can label each person, which helps in assigning tasks correctly. It's also great that we can take notes even when it's not on Zoom. The initial setup was easy, which was a relief.

I love the fact that we can personalise and create templates for a specific type of call, such as recording an assessment. I also love that I don't need to take notes during the meeting and can just focus on what the client is saying, knowing I can read the notes after the meeting.
