What I like about Tuskr is that it helps me keep the work around my sales activities organized. In sales, I can have multiple client conversations happening at the same time, and each one may involve different follow ups, internal discussions, proposals, approvals, or information that needs to come from another team. I find it helpful to have those activities in one place rather than relying entirely on emails, chats, or my own notes. When I start my day, I can quickly see what’s still pending and which items need attention. It’s also useful when a sales opportunity involves people outside the sales team. I can track the steps and get a clearer sense of whether something is waiting on me or on someone else. That has made the follow up process more manageable, especially when several people are involved in moving an opportunity forward. In my work, I use Tuskr for sales activity tracking, client follow-ups, proposal coordination, internal task management, deadline tracking, assigning responsibilities, and coordinating between sales and delivery teams. I also find it useful after client discussions because it keeps the agreed next steps visible instead of buried in meeting notes or scattered across messages. What I find especially useful is the distinction between managing the customer relationship and managing the work required to move things forward. A CRM can tell me where an opportunity stands, while Tuskr helps me track the activities behind that progress. For me, that’s particularly valuable when an opportunity requires input from other teams. I’d recommend Tuskr for sales professionals who manage opportunities and regularly coordinate with technical delivery, finance, or other internal teams. If someone mainly handles straightforward sales conversations without many internal dependencies, they may not need a separate task-management tool. Overall, my experience with Tuskr has been positive because it gives me a practical way to manage the follow-up side of sales. I still use my CRM and communication tools, so I don’t see Tuskr as replacing those. What I value most is having a clear view of what needs to happen next, who is responsible for it, and which follow ups I shouldn’t let slip. When multiple opportunities are moving at once, that kind of visibility can save quite a bit of time.

First and foremost, the user interface and experience with Tuskr were significantly different from the one with our previous tool. This was not a cumbersome and boring work with administration – it was quite clean and intuitive, with no additional explanations required. New employees started their work immediately, and it allowed saving a significant amount of time with onboarding.<br><br>The next feature that caught our attention was the integration capabilities. The tool helped to create Jira tickets automatically when the tests failed and send notifications via Slack to keep developers in the loop without doing anything additionally. However, there were some gaps in integrating with CI/CD pipeline; we had to do some actions manually.<br><br>One more interesting feature was performance. We were able to reduce the time of regression by two times and run all tests overnight, so we were freed almost one day for the sprint. There were no lags while using the dashboard, but there was some trouble with historical data retrieving during retrospective. However, it does not impact usability much.<br><br>In terms of pricing and return on investment, we thought that we got good value for money comparing with TestRail. For the small team, it was justified. But when we increased the number of users, costs started to become unaffordable. The tiered pricing would help us to continue working with this tool.<br><br>Speaking about the support and onboarding process, everything went smoothly. The documentation was detailed enough and most of us needed just basic guidance. However, the problem was that during the peak periods of time, there was a delay in response of live support service. The improved SLA or chat-based support will help in such cases.<br><br>Another feature which impressed me positively was AI integration with Tuskr. In the beginning, I expected that it will just be something extra which will not give much value. However, it recommended some edge cases which allowed to catch some bugs before release, which was a huge advantage. In addition, bulk editing based on AI helped us to save a lot of time during the sprint planning. But the recommendations were too general. More domain-specific intelligence will improve this feature.<br><br>To sum it up, Tuskr was a great experience for our QA team. It provided us with additional speed, visibility, and some unexpected benefits with AI. With some improvements, it can become the gold standard in this area.

I like the fact that Tuskr is so cheap compared to the alternatives and still gets the job done just as well. It also does not rely on a forced Jira integration dependency like the alternatives I researched before choosing Tuskr. My experience during the onboarding process was also smooth due to its intuitive UI.
