I like the ease of getting approval with TurnKey Lender and how there's no waiting for credit checks. The initial setup was also easy.

It did not ask a lot from the clients to use it, and I also like being able to quickly and easily show an estimate w/ the payments and costs to the client, and to print them a copy for them to use. The software is fast to use and is always smooth, with no lag or stutters. It was also easy to learn to use after doing it for real once or twice.

It is easy to use, there are step by step instructions on how to complete all of the proper steps.
