Our School started using TUIO about 2 years ago. It was a soft transfer over from our old program. By the second year we almost entirely transferred over to using TUIO. We confidently made this switch after realizing how easy it was to streamline our billing process and all other accounts receivable needs. Also, the staff are very helpful and great with solving problems. The parents also love how simple the website is to use. They feel that the information is now more clear and easier to understand. They also like the independence of being able to add their own payment method.

Working with TUIO has been a great experience. Their focus and commitment to customer service is above par. Their professional customer service team is always there to help and is very responsive, courteous, and willing to make the extra effort to address our needs. We have greatly appreciated their work and timely support. I frequently use TUIO daily and would highly recommend it!
