When we had a demo, I was really surprised by the way the platform was set up. They are miles away from what we saw in the market, really. The UI and UX are straightforward and super clever. The platform is much lighter than the clunky approach favored by others, but its features are much more intelligent. Their features, integrations and workflows save us a load of time and lead to much better results. Their customer success team is impressive, and integration was super easy. Moving our ROPA from our previous platform to TrustWorks and setting up our DSAR took no time, and they even suggested tweaks that immediately improved our approach.
