TOnce I learned the tool, I found it simple to manage, across multiple modules and features. TruOps includes many features and modules with quite a lot of customization. Easy for users across the enterprise to learn. Custom assessments and dashboards help drive the conversation with leadership. Ability to easily work with Sailpoint for user access and review. Role-based access is easy to set up and modify. Customizable communication templates and schedules for workflows in each module.
