Exceptionally Intuitive

In terms of the program interface, it is incredibly intuitive and easy to use. When I was first assigned the duty of tracking our leases in this database, I looked to the knowledge base on their website and watched some past webinars in which they were giving training on the program. After just one watch I felt confident enough to conquer the task and was able to do just that. Sara Friedman has been our point of contact and after meeting with her this morning I'd say the staff is just as great as the program.

Trullion is helpful for all things related to Lease Accounting

That i can enter the basic information for a lease and Trullion does the rest of the work for me. This includes reading the contract to out all the payments, dates, and other basic information in they system for me.

A standard setter - Advanced functionality and very easy to use!

It is lighting fast to setup and environment and have it configured to produce the accounting. The user interface is the best in class since it's been designed using the most modern technology with the end-user experience in mind. The customer support is comprehensive and in my experience they are very responsive and client-centric. Final note is the use of OCR to read the contracts and abstract the data removes a cumbersome step in the abstraction process which increases accuracy and decreases the time it takes to gather data.
