Traliant (and it's support staff) are incredibly easy to work with. Some system really bury features or the UI/UX makes finding what you need or getting things done more difficult than it should be. That's not the case with Traliant. They made the transition to their platform seamless and pain-free. I've heard minimal complaints from employees about either the system or the course content. The customer support is excellent. The courses are easy to follow and very informative. I like how they include questions to answer throughout the session.
