My job is building relationships, not living in spreadsheets, and this is the first platform that really seems to understand that difference. The partner profiles keep everything in one place, so I’m not hunting across tabs. I can segment partners by performance and message an entire cohort without exporting anything to a separate mail tool, and the AI assistant drafts a solid first version of those messages so I’m editing and refining instead of staring at a blank box. Recruitment through the marketplace has also brought in publishers I never would have thought to cold-email. Approval flows are genuinely one click.

I do integrations for a living, so I’ll keep this technical. The server-to-server postbacks support the parameters we need without any hacks, and deduping on click ID holds up even across redirect chains. The sandbox also genuinely mirrors production, which lets me test a new advertiser without burning real conversions. Webhooks retry the way they should. The API is RESTful, predictable, and the rate limits are clearly documented instead of something you have to discover the hard way. We’ve also wired the MCP server into our ops workflow, so the team can query conversion data conversationally rather than pinging me for a CSV.

We manage 40-something advertisers and about 900 active publishers, so what I really care about is whether postbacks still fire correctly at 2 a.m. when nobody’s watching. In our case, they do. Sub-affiliate levels can be set per offer rather than being forced into a single global rule, which sounds like a small detail until you’ve had to wrestle with a platform that only supports the global approach. The API limits are also generous enough that our internal sync doesn’t get throttled. And the MCP connector has quietly become my favorite feature: I can pull last week’s advertiser numbers straight into Claude and get a draft report back, instead of rebuilding the same pivot table every Monday.
