Torsh Talent is a program that allows users to upload videos for others to view and comment. Torsh has a simple dashboard that allows users to easily view their uploaded content. One of the best features of Torsh is the ability to create time-stamped comments. After someone writes a comment, you can watch the uploaded video, and the comments will appear at the time stamped mark. This allows for specific targeted feedback that pertains to a specific moment of the video. When multiple users provide time-stamped feedback, the time-stamp markers appear as different colors, so you can easily see who provided the feedback. Another great feature of Torsh Talent is the ability to attach documents to videos. My manager often requires lesson plans to accompany videos, and Torsh makes uploading supporting documents easy. There are also additional text boxes below the videos to allow users to write anything else they would like to add. Also, Torsh has a built-in edTPA tab that allows users to upload videos that pertain to the edTPA videos. This is helpful to those working towards their edTPA requirements.
