I use Topo for two main things, first it helps me and my champion to work and collaborate together during the deal. Second, it keeps everything (doc, next steps, comments/questions, stakeholders) centralized in the room. Topo also shows me who's really interested and who's not.

Topo is a great sales tool. We needed a shared space to work with our prospects and plan together. Topo gives us that space, and it's easy to use. Before Topo, I sent too many emails after meetings. Also, I love to check how active my deals are on Topo to see which ones are worth more time. I recommend it for anyone in SaaS sales, especially if your sales take longer than a month.

We love what the mutual action plan allows us to do, and all the comments features. Our prospects can ask questions directly in the room, which has clearly had an impact on our ability to close deals more quickly.
