It’s very easy to use, and the meeting summaries save a lot of time by removing the need for someone to write them up manually. They’re also very accurate. Speed, and reliability are very good. It joins meetings easily and requires little technical knowledge for integration. The support/onboarding has been good - with emails and prompts to make sure we've set everything up as required.
