Enalitica is a marketing attribution and profit analytics platform for e-commerce stores and service businesses. It syncs orders from the store backend (WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopamine) and matches each order to the advertising click that preceded it, using click identifiers (Google Ads GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, Meta FBCLID, LinkedIn li_fat_id) captured server-side and stored on the order record.
Reports show revenue and profit per channel, campaign and keyword in two views: direct attribution (the channel that closed the sale) and multi-touch attribution (every channel that appeared in the customer journey). Profit metrics (POAS) are calculated from product costs, shipping, payment fees and returns, imported from the store, price lists or an ERP system. Additional modules cover customer lifetime value by cohort, new versus returning customer share per campaign, GA4 and Google Search Console analytics, lead tracking for service businesses (forms, calls, emails), monthly AI-generated performance reports with PDF export, and order management across multiple stores in one account.
Conversion data is sent back to Meta and Google Ads through their server-side APIs, including refunds as conversion adjustments. In the EU, click ID capture runs only with user consent; orders without a consented session are categorized as unknown rather than estimated. Data is hosted in the European Union. The platform serves stores worldwide.
Pricing is metered on monthly order volume: a free plan covers up to 100 orders per month, paid plans start at €49 per month, and leads are not metered on any plan. New accounts include a 14-day trial of all paid features.
