It is easy to use, looks very professional and works well with integrations such as Squarespace and MailChimp. Excellent customer service!

The customer service is next to none, with responses always resolving any questions or issues very quickly. I like the format of credits, and generally although a little confusing at first due to the different model, it is actually much simpler and more transparent than other services such as eventbrite or dice. Integrations with mailchimp are fantastic for building your mailing list from ticket sales, and the donations option is extremely effective for making shows or tours more economical. I will certainly be using Ticket Tailor again in the future.
