Comprehensive IT Support and Security Services

I really value ThreatSpike for their scalable IT support and the IT transformation work they do. Their penetration testing and other security hardening activities are also crucial. I appreciate that they help free up resources internally for my team and provide necessary services for procurement processes with our customers. They have also assisted us with implementing Mimecast DLP and rolling out an email gateway, along with a custom install of a SIEM package. I particularly like the broad range of things they can help with and would encourage continuing our partnership.

Robust Security with Outstanding Monitoring

I find ThreatSpike's 24/7 monitoring service incredibly useful as it helps catch cyber attacks early and ensures that our systems remain secure. Their security checks and quick notifications give us confidence that we're proactively preventing cyber threats. The advice and notifications we receive from ThreatSpike lead to constant improvements in our systems, which is reassuring for a medium-sized business like ours. I find their training sessions, especially on phishing awareness by Simon, Curt, and Clint, to be highly beneficial in improving our team's understanding of cyber issues. Their Red Team has been pivotal in shaping our IT strategy and advising our MSP on enhancing our system security. I also appreciate their vulnerabilities list which helps in identifying and mitigating risks from apps. They provide valuable advice on software that could benefit our business. I have great confidence in ThreatSpike because they were able to spot a hack in our systems, which is a huge reassurance in their service. Simon Exley was particularly great at reducing jargon during discussions with non-IT folks.

What is ThreatSpike Labs?

ThreatSpike was co-founded by Adam and Kate Blake, a husband-and-wife team who approached the same problem from two different directions and arrived at the same conclusion. Adam spent years leading cybersecurity consulting at Accenture and Deloitte, advising some of the world's largest organisations on security strategy. He kept recommending a unified approach that treated IT and security as one problem, owned by one team. He couldn't find a company that delivered it, so he built one. Kate built advanced algorithms at Morgan Stanley before designing the ThreatSpike security platform from the ground up. Every component is proprietary, built in-house, with no third-party dependencies and no gaps between layers. ThreatSpike Labs was founded in London in 2011, starting with the security platform. As the depth of what was broken in the broader IT industry became clear, the scope expanded to fully managed IT, agentic AI operations and the fixed-price commercial model that underpins all of it. What we are today is the direct result of refusing to accept the model as it was. ThreatSpike is backed by Expedition Growth Capital, supporting the global expansion of the platform and the acceleration of the model we're replacing.
