I really like that Thera is very user-friendly compared to other payroll software I've used before. The authentication options are great, especially being able to use WhatsApp. I appreciate that Thera lets me access my payroll from any device, whether it's my computer or phone, and I can easily verify my information. The payroll processing speed is faster than the industry standard, which is a big plus. Setting up Thera was also easy for me.

I appreciate how Thera makes receiving my payments easy, and it's great that my bank doesn't take long to process them. I really like the feature that allows me to add different banks because it supports several banks in my country. The initial setup was easy, except for a delay in getting the verification email.
