Hiring managers or CEOs are the primary users and admins of The Org. They manage their company profiles which consist of all the information you would find on a company About and Careers page plus more. Admins begin by uploading the company org chart via HRIS as well as open roles via their preferred ATS. The admin can then invite the entire team to fill in their individual profiles. After the org chart is built, the company can include everything a candidate might need for research: employee profiles, teams, investors, press, values, locations, diversity stats, employee handbook, testimonials, and more. The Org profile can be public or private and be optionally shared with potential candidates, linked via the company website, and discovered via The Org’s search function.
