The flexibility of the application and the plug-ins

I really like the support and intuitiveness of Tenfold. Additionally, there are few bugs, and I really like the request concept. With the support from Tenfold and Bechtle, the initial setup was very easy.

An automated identity management supports us in managing and tracking user access rights and drastically reduces the workload for our IT department. Thanks to the graphical user interface (GUI), the corresponding menus are very easy to find and manage. The multitude of plugins facilitates the integration of many of our other systems. Speaking of which: The processing speed of these plugins and the associated processes is also very high, allowing for frequent changes and tests. Considering the entire feature package, Tenfold offers an excellent price-performance ratio. This also includes a great support team that works as quickly as possible to resolve issues or provide advisory assistance. The current AI features still leave something to be desired; however, the roadmap promises a lot of potential in the area of AI – I am really looking forward to that.
