The finished product is slick - a great asset for a small organization that doesn't have a lot of funds for the bells and whistles needed to convert a zoom recording to something that doesn't look amateurish. The customer service was awesome... we had a few sessions recorded in Zoom and they polished them with the beginning video clip so it looked a lot better.
