Telivy has provided us with a platform that unifies a large number of aspects with regards to risk management reporting. The ability to scan endpoints for vulnerability and sensitive data, reporting on insecurely stored passwords and password reuse (through browser stored password inspection), to reviewing credentials against known dark web breaches and reporting on the security of accounts in Microsoft 365 make it a powerful tool. It is simple to deploy through a number of options, such as a powershell script (which we use through our RMM tool to mass deploy to client sites), as well as an MSI file that can either be scripted or distributed via other means. When we've had issues, their support team has been quick to respond to tickets that we've logged with them. The resolution of the issues has been varied, with the major issue being the false positives that I mentioned with regards to the PII scanning tool.

The customer support was really the best part of working with Telivy. They are constantly making major imporvements to the functionality of their software and they've been there along the way to support us as we learn to use the system. They're very focused on user feedback and are actively adapting their system based on it.

The truth is that there is no single tool that solves the assessment product. And putting together a report with disparate tools in a successful way is painful and time consuming. Telivy streamlines that process.
