Currently it is the Technical Support. We receive excellent Tech support from all the support lines. They are prompt, professional, knowledgeable and polite.

We have had extreme amounts of trouble getting Teletrac to work with us on everything.
Honestly, nothing. I have found very little that Teletrac has been able to do that has worked out the way it should. Teletrac does not correspond with our other systems easily nor consistantly. I was able to set up KeepTruckin to interface with our maintenance software without the help of anyone from KeepTruckin.

I like that when I call for help, they help. If I need to have one of my drivers call, Tech support will make sure they follow up with me to verify that everything is working correctly.
